Fergie raps on return single "L.A. Love (La La)"

It's been six years since Fergie released her debut solo album The Duchess, but she's seemingly ready to reclaim her throne.

For the first single from her upcoming sophomore album Smile Now, Cry Later, Fergie pays tribute to the City of Angels with a worldwide call to arms from pretty much every city or country you can imagine. Fergie does less singing and more rapping on "L.A. Love (La La)," and it's an interesting choice to lead the album. It's not quite like anything else on the radio, but maybe that will work in her favor.
